확장 특수문자가 입력이 않될때

아래메시지처럼 특수문자입력하려하는데
요따위로 메세지가 떠서요
G4에서는 아무문자나치고 옵션+엔터를 치면뜨는 특수문자 창이
G5를 쓰면서부터는 않뜨는 이유가 궁금하네요.
전혀 특수문자를입력할 수 없으니 큰일이네요..
도움 "급"요청합니다...

사용상 약간의 불편함이 있기는 하지만, 일단 정상적인 동작이 가능해서 그나마 다행이랍니다.
